Every site has a view of the lake, with a short 1-3 minute walk to
the waterfront.

can I expect?
Private beachfront with clean and warm water, long sunny days
because of south exposure, gentle walking trails, abundant wildlife,
mountain/forest views, tranquil country experience, all surrounded by
rolling pastures. You can also expect boat moorage, parking, and
winter storage for boats.

How large are the sites?
There are 475 feet of Private beachfront and three acres of common
area. The average site is 40 feet by 80 feet.

What facilities are there for boats?
There is a dock and space for personal boat buoys.

Can I bring my pets?
Yes. There is even opportunity for horse boarding.

Where is it located?
We are five and a half hours from Calgary and five hours from
Vancouver. The Ranch is 35 kilometres west of Salmon Arm on the
Sunnybrae Canoe Point road. map

are some additional amenities?
Our RV park is quiet and peaceful; it is a unique farm and lake
experience that we hope will leave you refreshed. To complement the
usual repertoire of lake-based activities, we will be maintaining
walking/biking trails for you to use, and may introduce farm tours and
other activities. We are also a certified organic ranch and we can
supply organic beef for you to enjoy during your stay.
